Terms of service
The General Terms and Conditions give you an overview of the services we offer on our website www.lifestyleboutique.online Our offers are intended exclusively for consumers who shop with us for private purposes. We offer you the purchase of goods from Lamiclean and used Lamiclean goods and related services, all tailored exactly to your needs.
1. To conclude a contract:
By placing an order on the Lifestyle boutique website, you declare that you are acting exclusively for private purposes. Your contractual partner is either Lamiclean, depending on the type of goods you order. The contract comes into effect when you click the purchase button and receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders created by automated programs or third-party services.
2. Regarding prices, shipping costs and delivery terms:
The prices stated at the time of order are final prices including applicable VAT. Shipping costs are borne by buyer, except orders which cost more than 10 000Kč within Europe. Delivery in Ukraine is by agreement and will at the buyer's expense too.
3. Regarding different payment methods:
We accept the following payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment options as indicated at checkout. All payments must be completed in full before the order is processed and shipped. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us (and our designated payment processors) to charge the specified amount for your purchase.
Please note that all transactions are processed in CZK(Kč) and you are responsible for any applicable bank fees or conversion charges. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not successfully completed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Right to withdraw from the contract:
As a consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from the contract. This means: You can cancel this online contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason by 1.) informing us (e.g. by email or post) that you no longer wish to continue with the contract, and 2.) sending your order back to us. You can find all further information on withdrawal in the GTC.
5. For refunds:
Any refund will be made automatically using the method you originally paid for.
6. Miscellaneous :
The statutory warranty rights to which you are entitled apply. You can find more information in the GTC.
Notification and complaint procedures; out-of-court settlement of disputes
On our site, we offer you the opportunity to report products or other content that you believe does not comply with applicable law or our terms of use (reports). We will verify these reports and inform you of the outcome. If we decide not to take any action, you have the opportunity to have this decision reviewed (complaint). In addition, out-of-court dispute resolution and regular court proceedings are also possible.
If this tool is abused, we will temporarily or permanently suspend the processing of reports and complaints. Abusive behavior occurs when you frequently submit manifestly unfounded reports or unfounded complaints. When assessing abusive behavior and also when deciding whether and for how long to suspend the processing of reports and complaints, we will consider all available facts and circumstances. These include the absolute number of manifestly unfounded reports or complaints, the relative proportion of unfounded reports and complaints to their total number, the seriousness of the abusive behavior, if it can be proven, the intentions that the reporter pursued.
Before we suspend the processing of reports and complaints, we will send a notice in which we will also inform you of the duration of any suspension.
